Air Conditioning Install

My initial contact with Thompson Cooling was via their WebSite. I must confess that I had also contacted several other companies, however Scott Thompson responded very quickly and we were able to discuss my requirements. Our discussions quickly led to the setup of an appointment for Scott to visit my home to confirm my air conditioning requirements and recommend the most practical and efficient air conditioning solution.

The installation team was courteous and left my home clean and cool! – they also provided great instructions on the use of the controls.

I was also delighted to learn that they provide servicing of the air conditioner which will protect my 5-year warranty.

I highly recommend Thompson Cooling.

New Air Conditioner

I picked Thompson Cooling when I found them on the Daikin WebSite. When they visited my home to measure the rooms that I wanted to aircondition they were able to tell me that my electrical switchboard would handle the equipment and pointed out the best positions for the indoor and outdoor machines. The two men that installed the air conditioning went to a lot of trouble to connect the drains to the downpipes and made sure that I understood how to run the airconditioners. I also liked that they are a family business and have all the correct licences.

I wish to congratulate Thompson Cooling on your 10 year anniversary of your companies association with our Property Management group in relation to servicing of air conditioning units on a large number of our sites. As you know, some of our tenanted sites include such companies as Fosters Brewing, Visy, Toll Transport and other ASX listed companies. As tenants they demand a extremely high standard of service.
As you know, King and Co is one of the largest industrial Property  management groups in Queensland and we base our reputation on having relationships with trades who never let us down. I must acknowledge that Scott and the team at Thompson Cooling have been extremely diligent in their work for us and we always get our jobs done on time and well. The most impressive aspect of our relationship is the communication lines that are always open between supplier and client. We can ring at any time on outstanding issues and receive a comprehensive update and set completion timeframes. This is critical to dealing with tenants who are understandably agitated by broken down air conditioners in the middle of summer. In most cases they understand if we are working hard to resolve the issue they will be understanding.
Thompson Cooling are also very competitive in new installs and win a lot of the work they quote for us throughout the year.
